We are pleased to offer an open invitation to a series of short talks on sea urchin fisheries and opportunities from the Northern Peripheries and Arctic Program funded project URCHIN.

16:20            Sea urchin hatchery production and reseeding (Dr Colin Hannon, Galway Mayo Institute of Technology, Ireland)

16:30            Canada’s framework for providing scientific advice for the management of new and developing invertebrate fisheries (case study: sea cucumbers in British Columbia (Dr Janet Lochead, Fisheries and Oceans Canada)
